Friendly, honest, and trustworthy seller.
The seller really took the time to ensure I got a good feel for the vehicle. Took me on a lengthy test drive, was completely honest about any flaws the vehicle might have, and took considerable effort to ensure I got the best warranty package, which I could even extend beyond the standard 3 months (he works with a 3rd party warranty provider.

Bought a Ford Transit Custom from Pankaj in Car Gallery, and I can honestly say that it was a pleasant experience since the van was in stunning condition, which felt like I was buying a new van, Pankaj explained the whole buying process and every detail of the services the van had and what has been carried out, was also given free 6 months warranty, which others were charging for. On the day for viewing the van was ready and cleaned and all paperwork ready for inspections, all paperwork was organised by date which clearly shows that he had taken the time. Off we went for a test drive and the van did not make a single bad noise and drove perfectly smooth. At this point it was one of the best vans that I viewed, and that's after viewing over 20 vans from all around London. Payment was made his office which was a real building instead of some container / outside office like others. To anyone wanting to buy a van or a car from Pankaj in car gallery, I highly recommend him you will not go wrong with his vehicles. 3 months on and the van is still perfect as the day I bought it.
